This site has been created in honor of the late Frits Philips. He was a remarkable person who led a remarkable life.

‘Life and work’ covers the highlights of his life and of his company, Philips, during his tenure at the company. ‘Photo album’ features a selection of photographs from the Philips Archive that spotlight him as friend of the great and good, and man of the people.
